I did it. I finally bit the bullet and put the ad for Daddy's car on eBay for this week. I had so hoped that someone local would buy it, but we don't live in an affluent area, and all that most people saw was an old car. We found this vintage Disney character doll at an Estate Sale about a month ago. It was made by GUND when their trademark logo was a lower case cursive "g" with rabbit ears.

Horace was Mickey Mouse's sidekick in the cartoon series from 1929 to about 1940, before I was even born. Do you know who Horace's girlfriend was way back then?

Norma Khan was on American Airlines, flight 77, on her way home to Reston, Virginia, on September 11, 2001, when that plane was hijacked and aimed at the Pentagon. She was 45 years old.
